Information I may collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your full birth name and date of birth when you purchase a numerology reading
• Information you provide through an enquiry form, email or message
• Details relating to the service you purchase
• Newsletter subscription and engagement information
• Payment and transaction information

Payments are processed securely by my chosen payment provider. I do not receive or store your complete card details.

How I use your information

I use your personal information to:

• Create and deliver your personalised numerology reading
• Respond to your questions and enquiries
• Process and administer your purchase
• Send Weekly Numerology Insights when you have subscribed
• Maintain appropriate financial and business records
• Improve my services and communications
• Protect my business and services from misuse or security risks

My lawful reasons for using your information

I use your information under the following lawful bases:

• Contract – when the information is required to provide a reading or another service you have purchased
• Consent – when you subscribe to Weekly Numerology Insights or choose to receive marketing emails
• Legal obligation – when I must retain transaction or financial records
• Legitimate interests – for reasonable business administration, service improvement and security

You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting me directly.

Who processes your information

I may use trusted service providers to operate my business, including:

• Mailer Lite for landing pages, forms and email newsletters
• Stripe or another secure payment provider for processing payments
• Google Forms and Google Workspace for enquiries, information collection and business administration
• Secure email, document storage and technology providers

These providers only process information as needed to deliver their services. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.

I do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive information

You may choose to share personal circumstances when requesting guidance or asking a question. Please only provide information that is relevant and that you are comfortable sharing. I do not intentionally request medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How long I keep your information

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed:

• Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe. Limited information may then be retained to ensure you are not contacted again
• Enquiry information may be retained for up to 12 months
• Reading information and completed documents may be retained for up to two years so I can support follow-up enquiries, unless you ask me to delete them sooner
• Payment, invoice and financial records may be retained for up to six years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes

I may remove information sooner when it is no longer required.

Protecting your information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to the services and systems needed to operate my business. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
• Ask for your information to be deleted
• Ask me to restrict how your information is used
• Object to certain uses of your information
• Withdraw your consent
• Ask for certain information to be transferred to you or another organisation
